• To ensure that all visitors have ample and quality time to interact with each artwork, admission times are as follows: 10:00 am, 11:30 am, 1:00 pm, 2:30 pm, 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm (last entry)
• Free admission for children under age 1
• Please note that during peak hours, a queue may be expected at the exhibition entrance. It is advised to visit the exhibition on weekdays
• Friday is the family day, each adult may bring up to 4 children under age 12 for free, this promotion only applies to on-site ticket purchase (excluding June and December); please note that this promotion is not applicable to bookings
• Photography and video filming are encouraged unless otherwise stated. No flash photography, selfie sticks, tripods or bulky photography equipment are allowed. Visitors found contravening this condition may have any images or recordings confiscated and/or deleted
• Food or beverages are not permitted in any of the galleries
• The Museum is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas outside of the Museum
• All visitors are required to undergo security inspections before entering the museum. Those who do not accept inspection will not be able to enter the museum, or they will have to take care of their belongings by themselves
• Glass containers, pets, box cutters, whistles, pepper spray, mace, and any dangerous or inappropriate items are prohibited. Above-mentioned items that are discovered during security checks are subject to being confiscated
• Bulky items such as luggage, umbrellas and musical instruments are to deposited at the Visitor Services Counter on Level 1
